Cytiva, NHSBT and Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust worked collaboratively to test Cytiva’s liquid nitrogen free shipping equipment and technology in the ATMP supply chain. Utilisation of this equipment could simplify and improve the logistics of shipping cryopreserved ATMPs between the hospital site and the cell therapy manufacturer, via NHSBT.
