The European Society of Gene and Cell Therapy (ESGCT) held their 29th Congress in October 2022 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre. Professor Fiona Thistlethwaite, iMATCH director and Medical Oncology Consultant at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, and Professor Marc Turner, NA-ATTC co-director and Director of SNBTS represented the ATTC network as part of the Clinical Trials and Commercialisation Workshop. Prof Turner was part of a panel discussion on Overcoming barriers to commercialisation of ATMP’s, and Prof Thistlethwaite presented on the ATTC network, with a focus on clinical trial acceleration.
