The Pan UK Pharmacy Working Group for ATMPs Clinical Subgroup has recently published guidance for Pharmacists on the Diagnosis and Medical Management of Acute CAR-T Cell Toxicities in Adults.
Clinical Pharmacists Sumi Gabriel (The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust) and Alice Mason (The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust) created this resource, which provides informative and important information on the diagnosis and management of associated CAR-T toxicities such as Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS), Immune Effector Cell Neurotoxicity Syndrome (ICANS) and Haemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH).
